Insurance brokerage company office administrator

Job description

• Office administration, organization and procedures for ensuring;
• Insurance contract accounting and administration;
• Reporting of insurance companies, state Insurance Supervisory Commission and the Head of preparation and presentation;
• assisting insurance brokers and other employees of the collection of information, preparation of proposals and award and administration of insurance contracts;
• record keeping, information management and archiving, business correspondence management;
• Communication with customers, the provision of information by telephone.

Requirements

• a university degree (or higher education);
• relevant experience;
• good PC skills and literacy;
• knowledge of office work;
• dutifulness, accuracy, quick orientation, organizational skills, sociability;
• excellent Lithuanian and English (spoken and written);
• insurance broker’s qualification certificate (will be advantage).
