Non-life insurance company “Sampo draudimas” ruled by the Finnish insurance company Sampo started its work in Lithuania on the 29th of December 1999.
The company’s name was changed into “IF draudimas” due to the joinder of “Sampo” and “IF P&C Insurance Holding Ltd. Publ.” in 2001.
The company’s name was changed into „If P&C Insurance AS“ filialas in 2009 07 01.
The only company’s shareholder is “IF P&C Insurance Company Ltd”.
