Since the 01st of January, 2008 Stock Company "PAREKSS DRAUDIMO KOMPANIJA" branch of Baltic Polis is renamed into AAS "Gjensidige Baltic“ branch in Lithuania.

On the 29th of June, 2007 Baltic Polis, JSC was reorganised and operations will be carried out through the branch Parekss draudimo kompanija filialas Baltic Polis draudimas, JSC.
